Can I cancel my order?

Orders begin processing quickly after they are placed, so cancellations are not always possible.

Orders usually ship the next business day

Most orders are prepared for shipment shortly after they are placed and normally ship the next business day.

Because of this, we may not be able to cancel an order once it has started processing.


Cancellation is only possible before the order ships

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not shipped yet.

If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel, please submit a support ticket as soon as possible and include your order number.

If the order already shipped

If the order has already shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives and then follow the return instructions.

All orders are covered by our 60-day guarantee.

You may use the product for up to 60 days and still request a refund, so there is no disadvantage to trying the product first and seeing the results before deciding.

If you decide to return the order, you must follow the return instructions and obtain an RMA number before sending anything back.

To receive a refund:

  • A return authorization (RMA) is required
  • All bottles must be returned, even if empty
  • Shipping costs are not refunded
  • Free items must also be returned
