Did my order go through?
I think my order did not go through
If you are not sure whether your order was completed, there are a few easy ways to check.
Step 1 — Did you see the order confirmation page?
After placing your order, the next page should show your order confirmation.
This page shows your order number and order details.
If you saw this page, your order was successfully placed.
If you did not see the confirmation page, the order may not have gone through.
Step 2 — Check your email for the confirmation message
When an order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please check:
- your inbox
- your spam or junk folder
- your promotions folder (Gmail users)
If the order did not go through, you may not receive the confirmation email.
If your payment was declined, you will receive an email asking you to update your payment information.
Step 3 — Log into your account and check your orders
You can also check your order by logging into your account.
Go to the My Account page and sign in using the email address you used when placing your order.
Click Orders to see your recent purchases.
If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.
Step 4 — If you still cannot find your order
If you did not see the confirmation page, did not receive an email, and do not see the order in your account, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
