Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping is not included in the 60-day guarantee.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
If you decide to return your order, you must pay for the shipping cost to send the package back to us.
Shipping charges from the original order are not refunded.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking so you can confirm the return was delivered.
All items must be returned
To receive a refund, you must return:
- All bottles from the order
- Bottles must be returned even if empty
- Any free items must also be returned
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
You must request return instructions before sending anything back.

Option instead of returning the order
If you would prefer not to go through the return process, you may contact support and ask about receiving a different product instead of a refund.
In some cases, we may be able to send a replacement or different product “on the house” without requiring the original order to be returned.
