How do I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on our website.
Step 1 — Log into your account
Go to the My Account page and sign in using the email address you used when placing your order.
After logging in, click Orders to see your recent purchases.
Open the order you want to check to view the current status.
You may see statuses such as:
- Processing — your order was received and is being prepared
- Shipped — your order has been sent
- Completed — your order has finished processing
If the order has shipped, you will also see a Track button that shows the tracking information.
Step 2 — Check your shipping email
When your order ships, we also send an email with the tracking number and tracking link.
Please check:
- your inbox
- your spam or junk folder
- your promotions folder (Gmail users)
Tracking results may not appear until the first USPS scan, which is usually the next day after the shipping label is created.
Step 3 — If you checked out as a guest
If you did not create an account when ordering, you can create one later using the same email address.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.
Step 4 — Still cannot find your order
If you cannot find your order in your account or in your email, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
