If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 60 days for a refund by following the instructions below.
We recommend using the product for the full 60 days
Our products are designed as real, long-term treatments, not instant temporary tightening creams.
Most customers need several weeks of consistent use before visible results begin to appear.
It can take around 20 days for the ingredients to build up in the skin, and improvements usually happen gradually.
Because of this, we recommend using the product for the full 60 days before deciding it does not work for you.
This is the reason our guarantee is 60 days instead of a short trial period.
Many customers find it helpful to take a photo before starting, and another after several weeks of use.
Changes can be hard to notice day-to-day, but easier to see when comparing photos taken weeks apart.
Of course, you may return the product at any time within the 60-day guarantee if you prefer.
Return authorization is required
Before sending anything back, you must request a return authorization (RMA).
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
To request a return, submit a support ticket and include your order number.

To receive a refund:
- All bottles must be returned
- Bottles must be returned even if empty
- Any free items must also be returned
- Shipping costs are not refunded
Once the return is received and processed, the refund will be issued.
