How do I return my order?

To return an order, you must first request a return authorization.

Returns cannot be processed unless the proper return instructions are followed.

Before sending anything back, you must submit a support ticket to request return instructions.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

Step 2 — Do not send returns without authorization

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

The return address is provided only after your return request is approved.

This ensures that your return can be properly matched to your order.


Step 3 — What must be returned

To receive a refund, you must return:

  • All bottles from the order
  • Bottles must be returned even if empty
  • Any free items must also be returned

Returns that are missing items may not qualify for a refund.


Step 4 — Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges from the original order are not refunded.

We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking.


Step 5 — After the return is received

Once the return is received and processed, the refund will be issued.
