How do I see my past orders?

You can see your previous orders by logging into your account on our website.

Step 1 — Log into your account

Go to the My Account page and sign in using the email address you used when placing your order.

After logging in, click Orders to see your past purchases.

If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.

Step 2 — Open the order to see details

Click on the order you want to view.

You will be able to see:

Order status
Shipping status
Tracking button (if the order has shipped)
Order details

If the order has shipped, you can click the Track button to see the latest tracking information.

Step 3 — If you do not see your order

Make sure you are logged in using the same email address you used when placing the order.

If you checked out as a guest, your orders will appear after you create an account using that same email address.

If you still cannot find your order, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
