How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you can track it at any time from your account or from the shipping email we send.
Step 1 — Log into your account and use the Track button
Go to the My Account page and sign in using the email address you used when placing your order.
After logging in, click Orders, then open the order you want to check.
If the order has shipped, you will see a Track button. Click the Track button to see the latest tracking information.
If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.
Step 2 — Check your shipping email
When your order ships, we send an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
Please check:
- your inbox
- your junk or spam folder
- your promotions folder (Gmail users)
Click the tracking link in the email to see the shipment status.
Step 3 — Tracking updates are not always immediate
Tracking numbers are created when the shipping label is printed, but the carrier may not show updates right away.
USPS tracking is not real-time.
Updates are usually posted after the package is scanned, which is often the next business day.
It is normal for tracking to show no movement until the carrier makes the first update.
Step 4 — Delivery dates are estimates
Delivery dates shown by USPS are estimates only.
They are not guaranteed delivery times, and updates may change as the package moves through the system.
Orders normally ship the next business day, and standard free shipping usually takes about 5–7 business days after the order ships.
Step 5 — If you still cannot find your tracking
If you cannot find your tracking number in your email or in your account, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
