I forgot my password
If you cannot log into your account, you can reset your password from the login page.
You must use the same email address that you used when placing your order.
Step 1 — Use the password reset link
Go to the My Account page and click the Lost password or Forgot password link.
Enter your email address and submit the form.
You will receive an email with instructions to create a new password.
Step 2 — Check your spam or junk folder
If you do not see the password reset email, check:
- Spam folder
- Junk folder
- Promotions folder (Gmail users)
Email providers sometimes filter automatic messages.
Step 3 — If you never created an account
Many customers place orders without creating an account.
This is normal.
If you never created a password, you can create an account now using the same email address you used when placing your order.
After you create the account and log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.
You need to be logged in if you want to:
- Check order status
- View tracking
- See past orders
Step 4 — If you still cannot log in
If you cannot reset your password or cannot access your account, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
