I placed an order but did not get an email
If you did not receive an order confirmation email, the most common reason is that the message went to your spam or junk folder.
Step 1 — Check your spam or junk folder
Please check your email carefully, including:
- Spam folder
- Junk folder
- Promotions folder (Gmail users)
Order confirmations and shipping emails sometimes get filtered by email providers.
In most cases, the email is there.
Step 2 — Make sure you used the correct email address
Sometimes the wrong email address is entered during checkout.
If the email address was typed incorrectly, you may not receive the confirmation message.
If you are not sure which email you used, try logging into your account using the email address you normally use.
Step 3 — Log into your account and check your orders
You can check if your order went through by logging into your account.
Go to the My Account page and sign in using the email address you used when placing your order.
Click Orders to see your recent purchases.
If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.
Step 4 — If you still cannot find your order
If you cannot find your order in your email or in your account, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
