I was charged but don’t see my order
If you believe you were charged but cannot find your order, there are a few things you should check first.
Step 1 — Did you see the order confirmation page?
After placing your order, the next page should show your order confirmation.
This page displays your order number and order details.
If you saw this page, the order was successfully placed.
If you did not see the confirmation page, the order may not have gone through.
Step 2 — Check your email for the confirmation message
When an order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Please check:
- your inbox
- your spam or junk folder
- your promotions folder (Gmail users)
If the order was not completed, you may not receive the confirmation email.
If your payment did not go through, you may receive an email asking you to update your payment information.
Step 3 — Log into your account and check My Orders
You can also verify your order by logging into your account.
Go to the My Account page and sign in using the email address you used when placing the order.
Click Orders to see your recent purchases.
If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.
Step 4 — If you still cannot find the order
If you did not see the confirmation page, did not receive an email, and do not see the order in your account, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
