I was charged twice

If you think you were charged twice, it usually means that the order was placed more than once.

This can happen if the order button is clicked again, or if the checkout page is refreshed during payment.

In many cases, we catch duplicate orders and cancel one automatically, but it is still best to contact support so we can check.


Step 1 — Check your confirmation emails

Each successful order sends a confirmation email.

Check your inbox to see if you received more than one order confirmation.

If you received two confirmation emails, it usually means two orders were placed.


Step 2 — Check your orders in your account

You can also check your orders by logging into your account.

Go to the My Account page, click Orders, and look for more than one order.

If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.


Step 3 — We often catch duplicate orders automatically

If two orders are placed close together, we often notice the duplicate and cancel one of them.

However, this is not guaranteed, so it is best to contact support to be sure.


Step 4 — Contact support to cancel the duplicate

If you believe a duplicate order was placed, please submit a support ticket as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will check the order and cancel the extra one if needed.
