My order is late

If you feel your order is late, please check the information below first.
In most cases, the order is still within the normal shipping time.

Many customers ask where is my orderwhy is my order late, or why has my order not arrived yet, but shipping times are based on business days and USPS delivery schedules.


Orders ship the next business day

Most orders ship the next business day after they are placed.

Business days are Monday through Friday only.

Weekends and holidays are not business days because USPS does not process normal shipments on those days.

For example:

  • If you order on Friday, the order usually ships on Monday
  • Shipping time starts after the order ships
  • Delivery time is counted in business days

This schedule is based on USPS shipping hours, not our store hours.


Free shipping uses standard delivery

We provide free shipping on every order.

Because shipping is free, orders are sent using standard USPS delivery, not express or overnight shipping.

Standard free shipping usually takes about 5–7 business days after the order ships.

Business days do not include:

  • Saturday
  • Sunday
  • Holidays

Because of this, delivery may take longer than expected if weekends or holidays are included.


Check your tracking first

You can check your order status by logging into your account.

Go to the My Account page, click Orders, then open your order and click the Track button.

If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.

Tracking updates are posted by USPS and are not always real time.

Delivery dates shown by USPS are estimates, not guarantees.


Possible delays

Shipping may take longer due to:

  • weather delays
  • holidays
  • high mail volume
  • carrier delays

These delays are outside of our control.


If your order is much later than expected

If your order has shipped and is taking longer than the normal shipping time, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
