My package says delivered but I don’t have it
Sometimes the tracking shows delivered even though the package has not arrived yet.
This can happen when the carrier marks the package as delivered before it actually reaches your address.
In many cases, the package arrives later the same day or the following day.
Check around your delivery area
Before contacting support, please check:
- your mailbox
- your front door or porch
- with family members
- with neighbors
- with your building office or front desk (if applicable)
Sometimes the carrier leaves the package in a different location.
Wait one business day
USPS sometimes marks a package as delivered before the final delivery is made.
It is common for the package to arrive the next day after the tracking shows delivered.
Waiting one business day often solves the problem.
Check your tracking again
You can check tracking by logging into your account and opening your order.
Go to the My Account page, click Orders, then open the order and click the Track button.
If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.
If the package still has not arrived
