My payment was declined

Step 1 — Check your card information

If the payment goes through, you will see the order confirmation page.

The confirmation page shows your order number and means the order was successfully placed.

You will also receive an order confirmation email.


Step 3 — Try a different card

If the payment is declined again, try using a different card.

Some banks block certain online transactions automatically.

Using a different card often solves the problem.


Step 4 — Contact your bank if needed

If your card keeps getting declined, your bank may be blocking the charge.

You may need to contact your bank and ask them to allow the transaction.

Once the bank approves the charge, you can place the order again.
