When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day after they are placed.
If you are wondering when your order will ship, or why your order has not shipped yet, the information below explains how the shipping process works.
Orders usually ship the next business day
After your order is placed, it normally ships the next business day.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Orders placed late in the day, on weekends, or on holidays may ship the following business day.
What Processing status means
If your order says Processing, it means we received your order and it is being prepared for shipment.
Orders often show Processing until the shipping label is created.
This is normal and does not mean there is a problem.
When tracking is created
Tracking numbers are created when the shipping label is printed.
You may see the order marked as shipped or complete before the carrier posts tracking updates.
Tracking results may not appear until the carrier scans the package, which is often the next business day.
How to check your order
You can check your order by logging into your account.
Go to the My Account page and click Orders, then open the order to see the current status.
If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.
You will also receive an email when your order ships.
If your order has not shipped after expected time
If your order has not shipped after the normal processing time, please submit a support ticket and we will check the order for you.
