Where is my order?
Most orders ship the next business day after they are placed.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking link.
The easiest way to check your order is to look for the shipping email first.
Step 1 — Check your email
When your order ships, we send a tracking email.
Please check:
- your inbox
- your junk or spam folder
- your promotions folder (Gmail users)
If you find the email, click the tracking link to see the latest status.
Tracking results may not appear until the next day after the shipping label is created, because the USPS must scan the package first.
Step 2 — Log into your account to see your order
You can also check your order by logging into your account.
Go to the My Account page and click Orders.
Open your order and click the Track button to see the shipment status.
If you checked out as a guest, you can still create an account later using the same email address you used when ordering.
Your previous orders will appear automatically after you log in.
Step 3 — Shipping time
Orders normally ship the next business day.
Standard free shipping usually takes about 5–7 business days after the order ships.
Tracking updates may not appear until the first USPS scan, which is usually the next day after shipment.
Step 4 — If you still cannot find your tracking
If you cannot find your tracking number in your email or in your account, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
