Why does my order say Processing or Complete?
Order status messages can be confusing.
Here is what the different statuses mean.
Processing means your order was received
If your order says Processing, it means we received your order and it is being prepared for shipment.
Orders normally ship the next business day after they are placed.
It is normal to see Processing until the order ships.
Complete means your order has shipped
If your order says Complete, it means the order has already been shipped.
Complete does not mean delivered.
It only means the shipment has been sent.
Once the order ships, you can track the package to see where it is.
How to check tracking
Log into your account and click Orders, then open the order you want to check.
If the order has shipped, you will see a Track button that shows the latest tracking information.
If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you can create one now using the same email address you used at checkout.
Once you log in, your previous orders will appear automatically under My Orders.
You will also receive a shipping email with your tracking link when the order ships.
Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.
Tracking updates are not always immediate.
USPS usually updates tracking after the package is scanned, which may be the next business day.
Delivery dates shown by USPS are estimates only.
If you still cannot find your shipment
If your order shows Complete but you cannot find tracking information, please submit a support ticket and we will help you.
